Marcelle has worked extensively, and for many years with the prestigious Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and the innovative Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Sydney, Australia in a strategic creative and corporate capacity. 

She has re-branded CCTV China, ABCTV Australia, is an awarded director and creative and has been the international Creative Director of Mambo and Creative Director of zSpace in Sydney.

Greer O’Donnell

Development Manager, Urban Strategist

Greer is the Development Manage at Ohu Development; a newly created organisation that exists to enable communities to create and own their own assets.

As a city strategist and partnerships expert, Greer has spent the last seven years working on significant urban regeneration projects as part of the rebuild in Christchurch, and now works across New Zealand advising public and private sector clients on how to initiate, design and procure development projects, using outcomes based partnership models. 

Greer has a legal background, experience in the political and social sciences arena, and is driven by a holistic approach to development, which creates greater social outcomes to be achieved in our communities.

Claire is a collaborative leader adept in motivating and leading a diverse workforce; fostering and strengthening stakeholder relations and driving forward an organisation’s agenda. Has the skill base to take companies from a local start-up, scaling up to multi-site operations. Resilient with energy and

passion for developing strategy and delivering results at all levels. Claire is also a Trustee of The Himalayan Trust and The Britten Institute.

Kate is a marketing, media and communications professional who works with a range of businesses to improve their digital presence and marketing so that they can stay in front of customers and ahead of competitors. 

She has experience working with local government, events, a small business owner and also a high-end retail brand doing marketing and communications, including social media. She has a passion for working with social enterprises and local businesses to help them thrive.  Outside of work, you’ll find Kate outdoors.  She loves skiing, tramping, yoga and multisports and recently completed her first half ironman in Wanaka.

Andrea Brewster

Director, Brewster + Associates

Andrea is a communications and strategy expert, social enterprise enthusiast and changemaker. Her background includes account management in marketing agencies, an Honours thesis in social media marketing, and Government communications roles which took her from the Christchurch city rebuild to the Beehive. 

An advocate for women in leadership, she was a finalist in the 2016 Women of Influence Awards and regularly supports diversity and community initiatives. 

Andrea has held a range of both management and governance positions in NGOs, and is currently Chair of the Christchurch Trade Aid Trust, a Trustee of Catapult Employment Services and YWCA Christchurch. She is a regular mentor for young people through entrepreneurship programmes, and now runs her own communications, strategy and change consultancy helping organisations of all stripes find and tell their stories. Andrea enjoys living in Christchurch, making the most of the South Island mountains through trail running and ski touring adventures.
