Tūmanako's primary partner is OHU, the Office for Holistic Urbanism. They are creating a new way of being where people and communities are at the heart of property development. Ohu works with communities to develop assets which will sustain and strengthen their community. They believe it is possible for people with a common purpose to work together to collectively create and own assets that generate both a social and economic value. Ohu is developing the infrastructure needed to support communities to collectively own what they create together, including propertyfinanciallegal and social structures.

Claire Evans

Claire is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in capital raising, business purchases and sales, technology and general company law. She is particularly known for her expertise in limited partnerships and investment funds.

Claire enjoys helping clients with their business, whether it be day to day legal advisory or one off projects.

She acts for a range of clients including large listed companies, financial institutions, SMEs, start ups and limited partnerships, from a variety of industries.

Richard McGill

Partner, PwC New Zealand

As a Partner in PwC’s Tax team based in Christchurch, Richard helps South Island business in all aspects of tax. He also has extensive experience in international tax/ transfer pricing and is responsible for PwC’s transfer pricing services for business located south of Auckland. 

Richard’s experience in New Zealand as well as the United States places him in a unique position of being able to help business with all tax and regulatory matters connected with operating cross border. 

His experience covers all industries and business sizes from fast growing New Zealand exporters through to large publicly traded multinational organisations.

Nathan Jones

Partner, PwC New Zealand

Nathan is a Partner in PwC’s Private Business team, working with small to medium sized businesses to deliver a full range of business advisory, financial and commercial services.  He has a wide range of business skills developed in the commercial and chartered accounting fields since joining PwC in 1998.  Nathan is passionate about helping clients grow, developing plans and working with them to ensure successful implementation.

Nathan effectively acts as the CFO for a number of businesses of various sizes. His core business and financial skills complement his entrepreneurial, market driven perspective and practical common sense approach.  Nathan also specialises in providing strategic, financial and management advice for public sector clients throughout New Zealand, and he takes an active role in the financial operations of these entities.

 

As a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nathan has held a number of governance roles on boards and committee’s for various incorporated societies and non-profit organisations. In 2015, Nathan participated in PwC’s global leadership development programme.
